Our members have led award winning projects and have a combined experience of over 75 years working both “at the coal face” and in supporting organisations through consultancy and mentoring.
We work effectively across communication barriers and with multiple language groups and understand the different pressures and demands of the third, statutory and private sectors. Our aim is to work in partnership with you to empower all participants to feel confident, able and willing to contribute to the consultancy or mentoring process.

Work Examples
Smokefree Northwest
TS4SE designed, conducted and reported on a strategic evaluation of a Polish language smoking cessation toolkit, engaging with public health, community and NHS organisations; similarly, we developed and ran the operational evaluation of the toolkit’s 6-month pilot study, through a series of service-user friendly focus groups, semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The evaluation generated constructive feedback for the toolkit but also for wider engagement with migrant groups in work.
Rainbow Haven Community Drop In
In developing the crucial three year funding bid to the Big Lottery for Rainbow Haven, TS4SE facilitated a series of events and conversations with partners, service users and volunteers to understand the value of the service; the report formed a persuasive section of the TS4SEled bid, resulting in a successful three-year funding package. TS4SE also prepared the successful bid to the Tudor Trust for the Rainbow Haven manager post.
